Qualifications
- Associate degree in Public Administration, Social Work, or related field
- 1+ years community outreach or customer service experience
- Strong bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish preferred)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work evenings/weekends for community events
- Valid California driver's license
- Pass background clearance per government requirements
