Responsibilities
- Coordinate community engagement events across El Paso neighborhoods
- Facilitate workshops on municipal services and civic resources
- Collect and analyze community feedback for policy recommendations

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Public Administration, Social Work, or related field
- 2+ years community outreach or public service experience
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required)

- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work evenings/weekends for community events
