Responsibilities
- Process and file legal documents including petitions, motions, and court orders
- Manage and maintain accurate court records with strict confidentiality protocols
- Assist attorneys, litigants, and the public with court procedures and case information
- Collect fees, fines, and payments while maintaining detailed financial records
- Schedule court hearings and manage judicial calendars efficiently
- Perform data entry for case management systems and document tracking
- Coordinate with judges, court staff, and external agencies for seamless operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year clerical or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
- Strong attention to detail with ability to handle sensitive information
