Responsibilities
- Process driver's license, vehicle registration, and title transactions with accuracy
- Provide clear guidance on DMV procedures and documentation requirements
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions
- Utilize DMV software systems to process applications efficiently
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding fees, testing requirements, and documentation
- Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred
