Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence for federal accounts with strict adherence to protocol.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems in full compliance with government standards and regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of complex reports, memos, and presentations for senior leadership.
- Coordinate schedules, book conference rooms, and arrange meetings for federal personnel.
- Perform high-volume data entry and database management to ensure data integrity.
- Answer and route phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of administrative or clerical experience.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Attributes: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
