Responsibilities
- Process veteran benefit applications and documentation using VA systems
- Coordinate scheduling for veteran appointments and outreach events
- Maintain confidential records in compliance with federal regulations
- Assist veterans with benefit inquiries and resource navigation
- Support veteran appreciation events and community outreach initiatives
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data entry systems
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Experience working with veterans or federal systems preferred
- Valid Arizona driver's license may be required
