- Coordinate with medical and mental health service providers
- Maintain confidential veteran records in federal databases
- Assist with community outreach events and informational sessions
- Prepare correspondence and reports for senior leadership
- Provide frontline support to veterans and their families
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required for federal employment
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred)
- 1+ years administrative or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry systems
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal background clearance
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality standards
