- Prepare detailed reports and correspondence following federal guidelines
- Support outreach initiatives to expand public awareness of SSA services
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 1 year administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to pass federal background investigation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience with data entry and record-keeping systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
