Responsibilities
- Manage Federal Records: Maintain accurate and secure digital and physical filing systems in compliance with federal retention policies and security standards.
- Coordinate Meetings: Schedule and organize internal meetings, conference calls, and external stakeholder briefings for federal program managers.
- Prepare Reports: Draft, compile, and edit correspondence, memoranda, and reports requiring high-level accuracy and adherence to style guides.
- Handle Inquiries: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel efficiently.
- Support Compliance: Assist in the preparation of documentation for audits and internal quality assurance reviews.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably within a government or corporate office setting.
- Security Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Secret clearance (if applicable to the specific contract).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with federal case management software.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
