Responsibilities
- Process and manage veteran benefit applications with precision and confidentiality
- Coordinate with federal agencies and community partners on veteran outreach initiatives
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records in compliance with federal regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service to veterans and their families via phone and in-person
- Support data entry, reporting, and quality assurance for VA programs
- Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and administrative documentation
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required (federal mandate)
- Minimum 1 year administrative experience in professional setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal background clearance
