Responsibilities
- Case Management: Assist in the intake, documentation, and processing of veteran benefit claims with a high degree of accuracy.
- Record Keeping: Maintain confidential federal records and filing systems in compliance with strict government regulations.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to veterans and their families via phone, email, and in-person inquiries at the Long Beach office.
- Administrative Support: Prepare correspondence, memos, and reports for supervisors and leadership.

Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen.
