- Maintain strict confidentiality per federal privacy regulations
- Support special events and outreach initiatives
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required (per federal regulations)
- 2+ years administrative experience in federal or regulated environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and VA databases
- Ability to pass federal background check
- Strong attention to detail with documentation standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible availability during core business hours (8am-5pm)
- Experience with veteran services preferred
