Responsibilities
- Manage and digitize veteran benefit documentation with 99.8% accuracy
- Respond to constituent inquiries via phone, email, and secure messaging systems
- Coordinate scheduling for veteran appointments and benefit consultations
- Maintain compliance with federal privacy regulations (HIPAA, FERPA)
- Generate statistical reports using VA-specific databases
- Support outreach initiatives for veteran healthcare enrollment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in federal/state/local government
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
- Knowledge of veteran benefits programs (GI Bill, VA Healthcare) preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal background clearance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Valid U.S. driver's license and reliable transportation
