Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal filing systems and records in compliance with state and national regulations.
- Process and distribute incoming mail, faxes, and electronic communications efficiently.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for federal supervisors.
- Assist in the coordination of inter-departmental meetings and conference calls.
- Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and ensure database integrity.
- Answer high-volume phone lines and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure workspace in accordance with safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or hold a valid Green Card (Federal employment requirement).
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a government or corporate setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary security clearance.
