Responsibilities
- Perform high-level administrative duties, including drafting correspondence, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars for federal officials.
- Manage and maintain confidential federal records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established regulations.
- Process incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, and route inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Prepare and compile reports, briefings, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist with data entry and database management to support agency operations.
- Coordinate logistics for federal training sessions, briefings, and special events.
- Maintain a professional and secure office environment in accordance with federal security protocols.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Background Check: Must successfully complete a background investigation and obtain necessary security clearance.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of administrative or clerical experience, preferably within a government or corporate setting.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Integrity: Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to federal policies and procedures.
