Responsibilities
- Manage and route incoming federal correspondence and inquiries with the highest level of professionalism.
- Prepare, compile, and review documentation for submission to federal oversight agencies.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and filing systems in strict compliance with VA regulations.
- Assist program managers with scheduling, meeting coordination, and data entry.
- Conduct research on current federal policies and provide brief summaries to staff.
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive government information.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required for federal employment.
- Ability to pass a federal background investigation and security clearance check.
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience in a government or corporate setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
