Responsibilities
- Manage and organize incoming federal correspondence, memos, and official documents with strict adherence to protocol.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain secure digital and physical filing systems for federal records.
- Assist federal program managers in the preparation of reports, briefings, and compliance documentation.
- Screen and route telephone calls and emails to appropriate department heads and stakeholders.
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for federal site visits and inter-agency meetings.
- Conduct basic research to support ongoing federal initiatives and policy analysis.
- Ensure a professional and secure environment for all office visitors and staff members.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience, preferably within a government, legal, or corporate setting.
- Must be eligible to pass a standard background check and adhere to federal confidentiality standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
