Responsibilities
- Enroll eligible individuals and families in federal health and retirement benefits programs
- Process benefit claims and resolve inquiries with exceptional customer service
- Maintain accurate records in federal databases while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and privacy regulations
- Conduct eligibility screenings and explain complex benefit options to diverse populations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline benefits administration processes

Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Associate's degree in public administration, business, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years experience in benefits administration or customer service
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and database management systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills in English with bilingual Spanish a plus
