Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of experience in benefits administration or veteran services
- Proficiency with federal benefit systems (e.g., VBMS, VBA) and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with attention to regulatory compliance
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to explain complex benefits clearly
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and empathy
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass federal background investigation
