Responsibilities
- Analyze complex state legislation and regulatory impacts
- Develop comprehensive policy briefs for executive leadership
- Coordinate interdepartmental task force initiatives
- Present findings to state legislators and stakeholders

- Manage $2M+ grant programs for community initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years government policy analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis software (R, Stata)
- Ohio state government clearance eligibility
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Project management certification preferred
