- Review medical documentation for completeness and accuracy
- Communicate claim status to veterans via phone/email Maintain compliance with federal regulations (38 CFR)
- Collaborate with medical examiners and legal teams
- Update claims management database daily
- Prepare detailed claim decision letters
Qualifications
- US citizenship required
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years claims processing or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Ability to pass federal background check
