Responsibilities

- Communicate with veterans, families, and stakeholders regarding claim status and requirements
- Maintain accurate documentation in federal systems (e.g., VBMS, VBA)
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and legal teams to resolve complex cases
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and VA policies
- Conduct quality reviews to minimize processing errors
- Participate in continuous training on evolving benefit programs
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Associate's degree in business administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of claims processing or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry systems
- Strong communication skills with diverse populations
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Basic knowledge of veterans' benefits programs preferred
- Pass federal background check and credit verification
