Responsibilities
- Process and maintain confidential veteran records in compliance with federal regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service to veterans and their families via phone and in-person
- Perform data entry and document management using VA systems
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating veteran services
- Support administrative functions including filing, scanning, and correspondence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to all federal security protocols and privacy standards
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to pass federal background check and security clearance
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Experience in customer service or administrative support preferred
- Ability to work 20-25 hours per week (flexible scheduling available)
