- Manage confidential client records and sensitive documentation
- Respond to public inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits
- Assist with data entry and maintenance of federal databases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve case discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with federal privacy regulations (HIPAA/PII)
- Support administrative tasks including filing and document management
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 1 year clerical or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to pass federal background check and fingerprinting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
