- Maintain confidential records using VA's secure database systems
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve veteran inquiries
- Prepare official correspondence and compliance documentation
- Support outreach initiatives for veteran community engagement
- Assist with quality assurance reviews of benefit applications
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 1 year clerical or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal background clearance
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Experience with record-keeping systems
