Responsibilities
- Process veteran benefit applications with precision and confidentiality
- Maintain electronic and physical records in compliance with federal regulations
- Coordinate with veteran families and VA stakeholders via phone/email
- Assist with data entry and administrative support for the benefits department
- Prepare routine reports and correspondence using federal formatting standards
- Support outreach initiatives for underserved veteran communities
- Adhere to all VA security protocols and privacy laws
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Minimum 1 year clerical or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
