- Maintain secure digital and physical records in compliance with federal regulations
- Assist beneficiaries with eligibility inquiries and documentation requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex benefit cases
- Conduct data entry and system updates in SSA's proprietary databases
- Participate in quarterly compliance audits and process improvements
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required (federal mandate)
- Minimum 1 year administrative or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to pass federal background check and fingerprinting
- Strong attention to detail with data accuracy verification skills
- Experience handling confidential information in compliance with HIPAA/PRIVACT
- Basic knowledge of federal benefit programs preferred
