Responsibilities
- Process veteran benefit applications and maintain accurate electronic records in VA systems
- Coordinate scheduling for medical appointments and administrative hearings
- Respond to veteran inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with exceptional customer service
- Prepare official correspondence, reports, and statistical documentation
- Manage office supply inventory and equipment maintenance requests
- Support cross-functional teams during audits and compliance reviews
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for data analysis and document preparation
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship (mandatory for federal employment)
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year administrative/clerical experience in healthcare or government setting
