Responsibilities
- Monitor and audit federal program compliance with OMB and agency-specific regulations
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for regional and national stakeholders
- Coordinate with state/local agencies on joint compliance initiatives
- Train staff on federal regulatory updates and procedural changes
- Investigate potential compliance violations and recommend corrective actions
- Maintain electronic records systems with 99.8% accuracy
- Support cross-functional audits and special investigations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Public Administration or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 2+ years experience in federal/state/local compliance auditing
- Proficiency with federal regulatory frameworks (CFR, FAR, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Valid U.S. government security clearance or ability to obtain
- Experience with GSA Advantage and SAM.gov systems
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
