Responsibilities
- Manage and administer federal contracts from initiation through closeout.
- Monitor contract performance, deliverables, and compliance requirements.
- Prepare accurate monthly and quarterly reports for federal stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and government clients.
- Ensure all contract modifications are properly documented and approved.
- Track contract costs, budgets, and invoices in compliance with federal regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in federal contract administration or government contracting.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance (or eligible).
- Strong understanding of FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) guidelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in contract management software (e.g., Salesforce, ContractWorks).
