Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets to support federal program objectives and compliance requirements
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau and Power BI
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation, cleaning, and quality control protocols
- Prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders including federal agencies and congressional committees
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify emerging trends and data-driven solutions
- Adhere to strict federal data privacy regulations (HIPAA, FERPA, etc.) and security protocols
- Support ad-hoc data requests and special analysis projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis with federal/government sector preferred
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one visualization tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Familiarity with federal data standards and compliance frameworks (NIST, FISMA)
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to synthesize complex information
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a secure environment
