Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets from federal systems and legacy databases to identify trends and anomalies.
- Ensure all data processes adhere to strict federal regulations, including FISMA and NIST standards.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or SAS to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Perform advanced statistical modeling and predictive analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Document data pipelines and create detailed technical reports for executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in federal or government contracting environments.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or SAS for data manipulation and analysis.
- Active Secret or Top Secret clearance (or the ability to obtain one).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik, or Power BI.
- Deep understanding of data privacy laws and federal compliance frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
