Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex federal datasets to support agency decision-making
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI
- Ensure compliance with federal data governance standards (FISMA, HIPAA)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data-driven solutions
- Present findings to senior leadership and congressional stakeholders

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with federal or government data analysis
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization tools
- Certification in federal data management (e.g., CDMP) preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal security clearance
- Experience with large-scale datasets (100GB+)
