Your Mission, Your Impact
As a Senior Federal Data Analyst, you will be at the forefront of data-driven decision-making for federal agencies. Your work will directly influence strategic initiatives, ensuring that leadership has the accurate, timely, and secure intelligence they need to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Mining: Extract, clean, and transform large, complex datasets from multiple sources to support federal reporting requirements.
- Statistical Analysis: Utilize statistical modeling and predictive analytics to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Executive Reporting: Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI) to communicate key findings to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure all data handling practices adhere to federal standards (NIST, FISMA) and agency-specific security protocols.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with IT and Operations teams to develop automated solutions that reduce manual data entry and improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or defense contracting sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and R. Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing (Snowflake, Redshift).
- Visualization: Strong command of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Security Clearance: Active Secret or Top Secret clearance is required; ability to obtain and maintain a clearance.
