Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze large-scale federal datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Ensure data accuracy and adherence to strict federal security protocols (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST).
- Prepare comprehensive reports and briefings for stakeholders, including senior leadership and government officials.
- Collaborate with project managers and subject matter experts to define data requirements and specifications.
- Maintain documentation for data processes, methodologies, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or a government contracting environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar).
- Familiarity with Federal data standards (e.g., DFARS, FISMA, OMB Circulars).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance (or equivalent) is required.
