- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to identify data-driven solutions
- Present findings to senior stakeholders through executive summaries
- Maintain data integrity across federal databases and audit trails
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Public Policy, or related field
- 3+ years experience with federal data analysis (FISMA/HIPAA compliance preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and Power BI/Tableau
- Experience with SAS or R for statistical modeling
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Strong attention to detail with 100% data accuracy record
