Responsibilities

- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder presentations
- Ensure strict adherence to federal data security protocols (FISMA, HIPAA) and privacy regulations
- Prepare comprehensive analytical reports with actionable recommendations for federal partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data initiatives with agency objectives
- Maintain accurate documentation of data sources, methodologies, and analytical processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Public Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience analyzing federal, state, or municipal government datasets
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis tools
- Familiarity with federal data standards (FIPS, OMB guidelines) and compliance frameworks
- Advanced data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of data privacy regulations (FERPA, HIPAA, GDPR)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal background clearance
