- Analyze complex federal datasets to identify trends and generate actionable insights for government compliance
- Develop and maintain automated reporting pipelines using SQL, Python, and R
- Ensure all data handling adheres to federal security protocols (FISMA, HIPAA)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into strategic recommendations
- Prepare comprehensive analytical reports for federal agencies and stakeholders
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous quality control and validation processes
- Stay current on evolving federal data regulations and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with federal datasets
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and R for statistical analysis
- Strong understanding of federal compliance frameworks (FISMA, HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11)
- Proven ability to communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in data security or federal compliance (e.g., CISSP, CIPP) preferred
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and ETL processes
- Must be a U.S. citizen able to obtain federal clearance
