Responsibilities
- Analyze complex healthcare datasets to identify trends and inform federal policy decisions
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive leadership
- Ensure compliance with federal data security protocols (HIPAA, FISMA)
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams on national health initiatives
- Present findings to senior officials through compelling data narratives
- Maintain data integrity using SQL, Python, and R programming
- Lead data quality improvement projects for critical public health systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Public Health, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and data visualization tools
- Federal security clearance eligibility (or existing clearance)
- Experience with large-scale healthcare datasets preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with federal reporting requirements
