Responsibilities
- Conduct Comprehensive Data Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies relevant to federal projects.
- Generate Strategic Reports: Develop clear, concise, and visual reports for stakeholders, including management and federal clients, using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Ensure Compliance & Security: Adhere to strict federal data privacy regulations (e.g., NIST 800-171) and internal security protocols to protect sensitive information.
- Database Management: Maintain and update databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for authorized personnel.
- Support Project Delivery: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven recommendations that optimize operational efficiency.
- Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for data processes, scripts, and analysis methodologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or defense contracting sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or SAS; experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik).
- Security Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data findings to non-technical audiences.
- Work Authorization: Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for U.S. Government work.
