Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to federal agencies and local stakeholders.
- Process and review documents for accuracy, compliance, and timely submission.
- Manage and maintain confidential records and digital databases.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and the public to resolve inquiries and provide updates.
- Assist in the coordination of public outreach events and community engagement activities.
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required for federal employment.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable background investigation (Security Clearance).
- High School Diploma or GED; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and federal record-keeping systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work a part-time schedule with occasional flexibility for deadlines.
