Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation, processing, and verification of federal documentation and applications.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in strict compliance with federal regulations and privacy laws.
- Communicate professionally with agency personnel, stakeholders, and the public via phone and email.
- Perform data entry and research to support program evaluation and reporting requirements.
- Support the planning and execution of agency outreach events and digital communication campaigns.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and office procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or hold permanent residency status (Green Card).
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer literacy.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow complex instructions accurately.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and obtain necessary security clearance.
- Experience in administrative support or customer service is highly preferred.
