Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to federal agency staff and management.
- Manage and organize sensitive government documents and records with strict adherence to confidentiality protocols.
- Assist in the coordination of inter-agency communications, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Conduct research and compile data for policy reviews and federal reporting.
- Respond to inquiries from the public and internal stakeholders regarding federal programs and services.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations, office policies, and procedural guidelines.
- Support the planning and execution of federal community outreach initiatives.
Qualifications
- Must be a United States Citizen and eligible for a federal security clearance.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in an office or administrative setting, preferably within the government sector.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail under time constraints.
- Ability to work a part-time schedule, typically 20-30 hours per week.
