Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to veterans and their families via phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
- Assist in the processing of federal benefits applications and documentation.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain confidentiality of sensitive federal records.
- Support administrative functions including filing, scheduling, and correspondence management.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required for most federal positions.
- Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain a favorable security clearance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
