Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain organized records of federal correspondence and sensitive documents.
- Assist in the preparation, formatting, and distribution of official reports and memos.
- Coordinate calendars and schedule appointments for federal staff and high-profile visitors.
- Process incoming applications and inquiries regarding federal programs with high accuracy.
- Maintain strict adherence to federal confidentiality and compliance protocols.
- Utilize MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) to digitize and organize data.
Qualifications
- Must be a United States Citizen.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative support or office management.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Proficiency in typing and computer literacy.
- Ability to pass a federal background investigation and security clearance check.
