Responsibilities
- Administer federal pension plan benefits according to OPM regulations and ERISA guidelines
- Process retirement applications and calculate annuity payments with precision
- Advise federal employees on pension eligibility, survivor benefits, and retirement planning
- Conduct audits of pension records to ensure compliance and data integrity

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of pension plan administration or retirement benefits experience

- Deep knowledge of TSP, FERS, CSRS, and OPM regulations
- Exceptional analytical and mathematical aptitude
