Responsibilities
- Assist in the administration and monitoring of federal grant programs and contracts.
- Conduct data analysis and prepare detailed reports for federal stakeholders and program managers.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations, policies, and procedural guidelines.
- Coordinate with various departments to streamline workflows and improve service delivery.
- Manage documentation, filing systems, and confidential records in accordance with security protocols.
- Support the preparation of briefing materials and presentations for senior leadership.
- Perform routine audits to identify areas for process improvement.
Qualifications
- United States Citizenship is required for this role.
- Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in federal, government, or contract administration.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to strict security clearance procedures.
- Must be willing to undergo a background investigation and obtain a Public Trust clearance.
