Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analysis on federal program data to support decision-making processes.
- Prepare detailed reports, briefings, and recommendations for senior leadership.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with federal regulations and policies.
- Manage and organize project documentation and case files with high attention to detail.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives.
- Respond to inquiries from stakeholders regarding program status and deliverables.
Qualifications
- United States Citizenship is required for this position.
- High School Diploma or GED; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a federal, state, or local government role is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and government-specific software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to security protocols.
