Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive research and data analysis on federal program performance metrics specific to the Wichita region.
- Prepare detailed reports, briefings, and presentations for senior leadership and federal oversight bodies.
- Assist in the coordination and administration of part-time staffing initiatives for federal agencies.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal regulations, compliance standards, and internal organizational policies.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of program data, budget allocations, and personnel files.

Qualifications
- Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship is mandatory for federal employment.
- Education: Associate degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field; Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support, program analysis, or federal customer service.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
- Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
