Responsibilities
- Support grant application processing and compliance documentation
- Coordinate community outreach events and stakeholder communications
- Maintain accurate program databases and federal reporting systems
- Assist with public health education material distribution
- Track program metrics and prepare performance reports
- Collaborate with federal and local health agencies
- Manage confidential records following federal protocols
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Public Health, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1 year administrative experience in healthcare/government
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry systems
- Strong written communication and organizational skills
- Ability to obtain federal background clearance
- Knowledge of HIPAA and federal grant regulations
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license (for community outreach)
- U.S. citizenship required
